@ellieeeharris @boohoo_cshelp Same issue with me. I’ve ordered 5 dresses for a wedding and now seeing that they’re not giving refunds, only gift cards. I don’t want £160 worth of gift cards. Already have a £25 gift card that I couldn’t use because the pin was too long and now might have even more!

@SUBWAY So you no longer offer to supremo? My local subway (Greenock, Scotland) have told me they don’t do it anymore because they don’t get pesto in because not enough people order this? I’ve tried to order it twice in the past fortnight and been told it’s not available.
