Hey #pwme! I want to share my positive experience & benefits I've gained from switching to a keto diet more than a year ago as a severe #MECFS patient. Here's my 7-page overview detailing all the positive developments, state comparisons and tips/nuances:

It’s my bday in 9th of February. If you can/want to support in any way this is my fundraiser. A share is enough 🦋❤️🩹 I’m not fundraising for a specific goal right now just survival needs.

Severe #MECFS can often feel like your body is a war zone. I can’t imagine living with it and being in a war zone aswell - with bombs falling outside your home. I’ve just donated to help Daryna escape from Ukraine to Germany.
100 days before taking the cure.
10 days before taking the cure.
1 day before taking the cure.
An hour, a minute, a second away.
A breath of fresh air, hesitation, a dream.
...
One heartbeat after taking the cure.
Believe.

Please help Emily reach her goals for surgery!
Having ins, even if it's Medicaid or Medicare, is not enough. There are literally thousands of dollars that are not reimburseable.
If you are unable to donate, please like, comment, and boost so it gets picked up
Daryna, 28, has severe ME and lives bedbound in Dnipro, east Ukraine. Russian forces just entered her region. Her family is abusive - she manages all medical care alone. On Nov 17, her building was bombed. She overexerted to escape and is in dangerous crash since. She needs help.
@JanetDafoe Thank you! Yes, mostly we're fine, although there weeks ago we had power outage for 16 hours due to Russian air raids which bombed the power stations. Had to utilize the gas fireplace because our main heating system is electricity-based and it's was freezing cold outside. Not fun
My friend Josh has severe Long Covid, along with many structural issues that are fortunately treatable, but expensive and mainly out of network. Here’s a link to his GoFundMe:
