so fingers crossed we are moving in the right direction to fix mine and other issues as there has been quite a lot of contact from others in similar, and much worse, positions than us! Thank to @BBCSheffield and @LouHaigh especially for your help it really has made a difference
To keep everyone updated with the @AmazonUK issues.. so far I have had some good conversations at various levels. There were some surprises for then as they did not know some of the issues and how bad they were but we have been given an account manager who has been great sorting
the current disputes out and we continue to talk to finalise those issues. I have also spoken to the process team to try and fix some of the fundamental issues that they were unaware of with the stonewalling and inability to dispute issues..
@Mr_DavidBentley@BBCSheffield I have had some contact me and spoken to some of our customers who also supply Amazon who have similar problems. I hope to make a change for everyone and not just my own issue. Amazon did seem open to that and look for a long term fix. Fingers crossed and thanks for your support.
& potential for long term. She listened to process issues and attitude issues of the "help desk" that make it all so difficult. I have further calls/contact scheduled, fingers crossed.

Further update on the @amazonuk issues: I've had a phone call with Rebecca from Amazon, for the first time in a long time I feel we may get somewhere with a solution to my problems and potentially a larger solution as she was suggesting further options
@Sell_on_Amazon Shunted to a "partner team" as you are the wrong team apparently... brilliant.. more wasted time and stress and no further on getting any of the issues solved!
Update on @AmazonUK situation. Chris is on @BBCSheffield this morning about it. @DavidWalsh_M has spoken to me and @LouHaigh is contacting senior leaders. But on current disputes, been told I've disputed twice so can't anymore even though I have proof they are wrong! Brilliant!
@amznsellerhelp Violet, thank you for the offer, I have DMd you more infromation. I hope to speak to senior leadership as this is about a long term list of issues around the way amazon speak to suppliers and the length of time the processes take for simple solutions that cost us time and money.

copy and paste answer. Great customer service but horrendous for suppliers to work with. Its time for #smallbusinesses and #localbusiness to stand up and come together to have some power doing this on our own is impossible.. govt can help add pressure @LouHaigh and anyone
