SEC has better talent & offenses where the B1G has better coaching development and defense. With the slight difference in weather late Oct to Nov in the B1G you have to stop the run & be able to run. SEC was always who can get the most out of top talent. That is my take on this.

The SEC is not overrated. Every conference has their down years. With the SEC it is usually a year & they bounce back. Now with the portal & NIL who knows how the next 20 years will be, but soon I believe the talent will gravitate towards the SEC & B1G over the long-term.
