Normally my anatomy method involves more skeletal drawing than this one did, but the overall muscle/bodily area shapes are the same.
Half a year has gone by and I can confidently say my best pieces are already piling up. Some of these are near my personal criterium for art; the last one - for sure.
We still half another half of the year to go, effectively. I hope to bring even more work. Serious perhaps!
It's fine to use 3D model drawing aids. Great animators often rotoscoped heavily (Don Bluth, Disney Old Men etc).
BUT, the more you learn to draw without it, the better. Struggling through anatomical puzzles helps me retain the knowledge better, and needing fewer references.
