Brendan Cargill set the Forest Hills Central school record with 44 points on Friday in a 65-63 win over Forest Hills Eastern.

The previous record was 41 by Tyler George. Cargill, an unsigned senior, had 29 points in the first half. He is averaging 28 points per game.

Velocity monitoring @MaxRich2025 movement performance with a Squat Jump protocol (45, 65, 95 LBS). The Velocity Sequence (visual on the iPad) is key. Our interest is to track that late eccentric (InversePOP) to early concentric (POP), the performance zone of 400 milliseconds.
