Absolutely Vernal. The officer who left the firearms bag made a mistake. An error. He or she erred and will pay a heavy price for this momentary, but accidental lapse of concentration.

The clip (albeit Canadian) is far worse, because it demostrates a police service captured by one side of a disputed political ideology.

Police must police without fear or favour. They must not just be neutral, but be demonstrably so. If this was in the UK, it would be unlawful - as per the High Court judicial review of R(Smith) vs Chief Constable of Northumbria.

There is no excuse for experimentally blocking the puberty of kids.
Why should they want to block puberty?
Just so these kids can 'pass' better as adults, ie as the opposite sex.
But they will still be kids mentally.

1/ I find this very difficult to accept as a justification for demonstrable BBC bias over gender and I think it underplays the role of fear of cancellation in favour of good faith. What I would say is this, in the first place, journalists accepting orthodoxy is terrifying.
