The advantage to living in a country with 4 seasons is that it puts you in sync with the Earth's rotation of the sun - binding you in time to the universe - allowing you to appreciate and feel the passing of time much more deeply.

Seeing weather change makes you conscious of days being spent, and consciousness itself is life -

100 days in a dream is not the same as 100 days conscious that the days are ticking by.

You literally live longer in all-season climates because you are more aware of the time passing.
