My grandma worked for Target for 35 years, her 1st and only job, bought 2 houses 1 in LA and 1 in Denver. Raised 3 kids on her own and lived comfortably. She retired back in 2016. Companies aren’t paying livable wages anymore, while they profit millions. It should be illegal.

Was talking to my sister about this the other day. Our concept of time was in unison. The indications of the seasons changing was EVERYWHERE. Even in our media. Retailers brought out the holiday decor a month prior.
