How do you foster a sense of safety and connection in your relationships? Share them below! 👇
One crucial aspect often misunderstood by men about women is their need to feel safe within the relationship. Safety for a woman isn't just physical; it encompasses emotional, sexual, and intellectual realms. Women often require a sense of deep trust and connection as a foundation for opening up and surrendering themselves fully in a relationship. 🌹
This need for safety and connection is fundamental. It's not about a lack of desire or reluctance, but about creating the right environment where emotional and physical intimacy can truly flourish. Women often warm up gradually, connecting the dots between trust, emotional safety, and intimacy. This process allows them to fully engage and be present in the relationship, both emotionally and physically. 💞
Men, understanding and nurturing this aspect can lead to a deeper, more fulfilling partnership. It's about patience, empathy, and creating a bond where your partner feels thoroughly understood and cherished.

This is big. And it can really break down relationships. I know a common theme in my own relationship is the perception of these very wounds.
They come to us to teach us something about our attachments to our own past wounds. For me, it hurts to not feel appreciated or seen and for Christine, her primary love language are acts of service.
This equates to feeling supported in her environment. If I am stuck in my own projects and drive I can miss this. Not purposely, but I miss it.
If I then cannot hear her due to my own overwhelm, I will become defensive and want to protect my sovereignty, and ego and will revert to not listening to listen but rather listening to respond or attack.
I may do this because that little boy within is not feeling appreciated. Is that completely true? Not necessarily. But because he is activated, the funnel of what may be perceived to be a threat widens massively.
The way I combat this is to first pause and breathe slowly to regulate my nervous system. Then ask the question internally “What would I do now”?
Then I sit with that part of me that feels threatened and remind him that he is safe. Then I pay attention to the needs of my partner. This does not mean I negate myself in any capacity. I can still speak my truth but not from a charged place. Can any of you relate to this dynamic?

Ask yourself: Are you just physically there, or are you emotionally present too? Share your thoughts below! 👇
It's a hard truth, but simply sleeping on the same bed, residing under the same roof, or sharing physical intimacy doesn't necessarily deepen your connection. 🛌💔
Real closeness springs from the level of emotional availability you share. It's about being present, truly listening, and opening up your heart and soul.
It's in those moments of genuine, heartfelt conversation, understanding each other's deepest fears and wildest dreams, that true intimacy is born. 🌟💬

Change is not an easy act.
With any change comes loss.
That loss often feels like a personal offense. As if parts of who we are and what we value are being stripped away.
Partly because they are.
To create any meaningful change, there will be aspects of who we are and once were that must be transformed, relinquished, and surrendered.
Even if what lies ahead is better than what was, that doesn’t change the fact that we still experience change as a loss.
In the act of change and shifting your identity, keep these 3 things in mind.
1. It’s only a loss if nothing takes its place. You’re making a big shift and part of that is the shedding of the old to welcome in the new. Feel what you feel, grieve what needs to be grieved, and trust the process.
2. Change is the only constant in life. While safety and security are often found in the familiar, change, evolution, and growth will continue to accelerate. Embrace it.
3. Find appreciation for what was. Too often in times of change, we shun the old to welcome in the new. Instead of pushing it away, express appreciation for how it has served and supported you.
These will soften the perceived intensity of the shift you’re in.
This month’s virtual Breathwork for the Feminine is coming up on December 28th with the theme of Reclaiming Your Identity.

Why oxalates are a problem for some:
- Produce inflammation via crystal formation - creating multiple symptoms that can VARY massively
- Rob your body of needed + minerals (Mg, Ca, Zn, Fe)
- Alter and crowd out transporters relating to (Sulphur + Bicarbonate + chloride)
- Deplete glutathione due to their oxidative stress nature.
Oxalates are a BIG problem for some, but for others, only a little, depending on multiple factors, which online gurus and social media will never detail.
That's why working with someone who can connect the dots is KEY.

Explained this to him in person 2.5 years ago.
"1/3 of your 600-700 lymph nodes are in your neck as they are the brain toilet.
Always clear the neck to help your brain function better. Start massage at collarbone always. Open main drain for muck. That's waste.
Yes, your brain has a waste clearance system called the Glymphatic system that flushes your brain waste at night
when you sleep (let me clarify: if you can sleep) That's a good thing. BUT, then I'm gonna ask you where
does that waste drain? You should be pointing to your neck and collarbone right about now.
💆TRY THIS:
•Massage the neck
(Collarbones. Front, sides, then back)
• Then the jaw.
•Then the face.
• Then the head."
