@DMI_Finance I made my loan payment on 1st July, but the same amount was auto-debited again on 5th July and still hasn't been refunded and not even showing on app .
Customer care keeps closing tickets without resolving anything.
No response, no clarity.
Fix this NOW.

My credit card limit was ₹75K, with ₹30K on EMI. Suddenly IDFC slashed my limit to ₹25K without any 30-day prior notice, violating clear @RBI guidelines.
Now they've charged an overlimit fee too!
