@airindia My mother is sick and their carry-on (medicine and snacks) and luggage is on the flight. This is inhumane for 70+ old people. We can do better.. I am so sad and angry

@airindia Just talked to my mother. They have some food to eat now although they could not sleep the whole night because there was no place to lie down. The word is that 9:30 AM a flight will takeoff from Mumbai reach their airport six hours later.
