I applied for airtel wifi , airtel has taken my money , now no one is responding. Neither customer service nor engineer .

I ordered DOT&KEY product from its website on 16th March 2025 still no signs of delivery.

Normally the delivery comes in 3-4 days but i think it would take 1 month to deliver my order.
