Do you have different policies for different passengers?

Absolutely unacceptable service from @airindia and @lufthansa. My flight from Frankfurt to New Delhi yesterday evening was cancelled and pushed to this morning. We finally boarded today—only to be made to sit inside the aircraft for over 2 hours with no clear information.

@airindia @lufthansa I have not yet received my compensation as per EU Regulations 261.
I have lodged my compensation request in Lufthansa portal. After few days they responded that there was no irregularities in the flight. Upon which I shared all the details on email.

After few weeks, on 20th March, I received an email from Lufthansa that they have forwarded my request to Air India as they were the operating carrier.
Almost two weeks has passed and there is no further communication from Air India or Lufthana

The harassment just doesn’t stop. After all this chaos, I was put on another flight via Vienna, scheduled to board at 19:45 for Delhi. and now it’s already 22:00—and once again, the Air India flight from Vienna to New Delhi has been cancelled.
What is going on, @airindia??
