As per the NCTE guideline, OTET should conduct twice a year but it was conducted once in two years. If OSSTET qualifying mark is reduced then Why not OTET ? and appealed to conduct another OTET before JTC recruitment in 2023. @ncteDelhi @dpradhanbjp @Naveen_Odisha @SMEOdisha
