Andrej Karpathy, OpenAI co-founder, introduced this concept:

"there was no code that would create a knowledge base based on a bunch of facts"

an LLM can, and that capability never existed before

right now the move to raise funds is launching a team of agents and telling everyone they can run their company on autopilot

i'd bet against nearly every one of these setups, because an agent that wakes up with zero memory of yesterday's decisions ships the same generic work forever, whatever model sits under it

everyone rents the same models... the memory is the only part you own

this is why i like what these guys are building:

@binboum @NayanUnfiltered @twtayaan I’m stuck with AWS and cdk is great for minimal config because it comes opinionated with good defaults. Works good for me but if I could use a multi cloud solution I’d definitely go for terraform
