What I truly don't get is how after 5 years and 3 attempts to get SMS services and Charges stopped on my Gtbank account I am still requesting it to be done. @gtbank NRN CS Reps are on another level of bad service.

I can't access my funds, when the Reps respond, they direct you here, there and everywhere but where you actually need to go to get your query resolved. @gtbank I was on the queue for about 3 hrs yesterday until I was told that Agents were closed for the day.

Yet again, I am reminded why I deleted my Uber account. @ubereats_uk you really need to take a look at the way the app works and the capabilities of your drivers. Even with clear delivery instructions, my order got cancelled.
