@virginmedia I’ve been having regular internet dropouts through May and still now (had 10 yesterday). Service tool just keeps moving the fix date out when it gets close. Can I get a real ETA please?

@virginmedia Nope. It states “If your problem is still unresolved after eight weeks..” doesn’t say “if your complaint is still unresolved…”. Anyway - that’s enough. I’ll give it the 8 weeks and then go to OFCOM. Thanks.

@virginmedia Think you need to spend some time reading up then 😉. From OFCOM “If your problem is still unresolved after eight weeks, you can complain to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme”

@virginmedia Well you’ve got about 2 more weeks to fix it before it breaches OFCOM standards and then I take it to Communications Ombudsman. So fingers crossed!

On 6th May it stated fix due 13th May at 1.05pm
On 16th May it stated fix due 19th May at 2.05pm
On 20th May it stated fix due 21st May at 2.05pm
On 2nd June it stated fix due 3rd June at 2.06pm
Now shows 6/6. So I have zero faith in that
