@Monnify how do you expect someone to provide the merchant ID for a web transaction that passed through your platform which I never initiated? Are you trying to tell me you don’t know who your merchant was even after providing the bank references and other details from the bank?

It is becoming apparent that @Monnify is fast becoming a gateway by which hackers transfer money fraudulently from people’s accounts. I have exchanged emails with them severally and it’s becoming apparent that they are trying not to refund this money
