I remember one time when i went to visit one of my ex-boyfriend while we were dating. We were in a long relationship.

When i got to his house i saw 2 female beautiful shirts, nice earrings and a pair of neat UK jeans. I asked him whose it was and he swore to me that it was mine. I didnt even argue. I just took the clothes, soak them in hot water and washed it thoroughly with detergent and added them to my wardrobe since he said they were mine. Me wey they rock okirika normally🤧😂

There’s a mutual I connected with 3 months ago when I became active here. We were literally the first person I bonded with. We’d chat for hours in DMs and even on WhatsApp. We supported each other’s engagement and helped our accounts grow.

Last month, two other accounts called her out as a catfish. I ignored it at first, but then I noticed a pattern. She tweets like a man, is obsessed with football, and despite claiming to be a medical student, she never talks about medicine. So I set a trap and waited.

This morning she fell for it. She asked me to send her data because she saw I was doing a giveaway on my TL. I told her to drop the number. When I checked it on Truecaller, a man’s name popped up. I dug deeper and had a friend call the line — a man answered.

You can’t imagine how painful it is to think you’re building genuine connections on X, only to find out it was all lies. I have all the evidence and her handle, but I’m torn on whether to post it.
