Since December 2024, my team and I have been developing POPUTRACKER, a real-time population management platform that integrates data from key life events as births, deaths, and migration

Research Phase: Data analysts conducted pre-analysis using Excel & Power BI, generating insights and an interactive dashboard.

Design Phase: User research, UX board development, and UI design were completed.

Deployment Phase:The platform was built and launched.

The project kicked off with a comprehensive meeting where roles and responsibilities were clearly defined.
Extensive research and competitive analysis were conducted to ensure that Wealth4Kids stood out in the market.

The goal was to bridge the gap in early financial education by offering accessible and fun learning resources that help children develop essential money management skills.

Wealth4Kids was designed to provide an engaging, interactive, and child-friendly online platform that teaches financial literacy to children aged 6–12.

Excel dashboard for Schizophrenia

From the analysis that was done the year trend shows that the year 2015 to 2019 has the highest number of Schizophrenia disorders irrespective of the age range compared to other years.

I worked on this project with 6 data analyst to carry out research and analyze data available on 6 mental health disorders.

Globally, mental health is a critical issue having millions of people affected by various types of mental health disorders. Mental health conditions can cause difficulties in all aspects of life, including relationships with family, friends and family.

Tableau dashboard for bipolar disorder

Individuals aged 40 to 44, the data is structured in rows and columns to facilitate a straightforward comparison. This table provides a clear and organized comparison of bipolar disorder prevalence in the 40 to 44-year-old age group.

Global Prevalence: Anxiety disorders affect approximately an average of 30 million people worldwide.

Closing phase

In the phase, I facilitated a live presentation which had all my team members in attendance where everyone presented the roles we played in concluding a successful project to the stakeholders.

Tableau: Employed for advanced data visualization and dashboard creation. Tableau allows for interactive data exploration, making it easier to identify trends and regional differences.

Facilitated various stand up meetings to keep the team on track and mitigate any risks in time

Techniques: Data Cleaning: Using functions like FILTER, REMOVE DUPLICATES, and conditional formatting to clean and organize the data.

Custom Visuals: Using Power BI’s marketplace to add specialized visuals that might be more appropriate for certain types of data.

Microsoft Excel: used for initial data exploration, cleaning, and basic analysis. It was especially useful for smaller datasets and quick, preliminary data checks.
