Let’s back up though. This doesn’t keep rent low and it only impacts those with over 50 units. It subtly keeps rent from going out of control.

@HannahDCox Maybe get all the info. But price controls on rent are good for those renting. Only people who will not want this are landlords with over 50 units or the rich who like seeing the poor suffer
