1. Breathing Regulation: practice slow breathing at a pace of 5-6 breaths per minute to stabilize the nervous system and induce coherence.
2. Bhramari Pranayam (Humming Bee Breath): A calming yogic breathing technique that reduces stress, anxiety and blood pressure. It works by creating a gentle Humming sound that vibrates through the mind and body.
Method: Inhale deeply, gently close the eyes and ears, and exhale with a controlled humming sound. Practice for 5-10 rounds.
3. Shambhavi Mudra: A yogic technique practiced to enhance focus and cognition and support the formation of new neutral pathways.
4. Yoga and Swar Vidnyan: incorporate Yogic practices and sound science (Swara Vidnyan) to align body, breath, and consciousness.
5. Reading for the foundation: Read "The Secret Book" to gain basic conceptual understanding of manifestation principles.
6. Absolute Clarity of Intention: Begin with complete clarity - define what you truly want and identify your purpose and direction in life.
7. Start Small with a Process: Follow a simple cycle: Sankalp (Intention) > Process > Repetition
8. From Sankalp to Siddhi: Begin with small, achievable intentions and ensure completion. Master of small goals leads to larger success.
9. Build Concentration Through Breath Flow:
a. Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) A foundational Pranayam that balances The nervous system, clears energy channels, enhances mental clarity and reduces stress.
b. Shambhavi Mudra (Eyebrow Centre Gazing): A powerful "consciousness seal" involving inward and upward eye focus on Ajna (third eye) chakra. It enhances deep concentration, inner peace, and mental stillness. This can be practiced either through direct gazing or a structured 21 minutes kriya.
10. Avoid Negativity and Excessive Logical Doubt: negative thinking and over-analysis create doubts and obstacles as the mind tends to drift toward fear and uncertainty.
11. Manage Expectations and Trust the Process: Do not expect immediate results. Cultivate patience - consistent effort brings reward over time.
