Worse service, while installation also too much trouble gave, now for servicing - technician has zero knowledge on how to handle AC, just putting some water on outside unit and clean mesh of inside unit. Not listing for gas check or water jet clean.

Also very rude in nature. And about call center of IFB - they are on auto answer mode - just saying all of our executives are busy and after 5 min of wait it will disconnect. No other way to contact IFB guys. Don’t go for IFB products this is my strong opinion

@MSEDCL In complaint I can see only average bill issue but what about interest you took for June month, how you are calculating that. Your consumer call executive are unable to explain that and disconnecting my call
