So our Local Authority is changing 30 hrs funding for 3+yr olds to only be available 51 weeks not 52 & somehow this is making the daily fee more £! Now it's 7 funded hrs per day instead of 7.25. They also charge extra per funded hour. Someone make it make sense! @PregnantScrewed

@MartinSLewis Does anyone know what is happening to the current eligibility start dates once these new dates get rolled out next year? E.g. my daughter turns 3 in September 2023 so would get her 30 hours in January 2024, will this still be the case or will that change now?

First 5 years of childhood are the most important for development and future health and happiness than any other time. Nurseries provide early years education, not babysitting. & we need to have babies to produce the next generation

@PregnantScrewed If my nursery relaxes ratios and I get any hint of it being unsafe for my kids, I won't hesitate to pull them out, quit my (NHS) job and become a stay at home parent

@TomP1Bellingham I haven't quite finished it yet but season 1 is still the best in my opinion. The way they structured it, covered the Force India saga etc was great.

I know they can't include everything but like season 4 they've made odd decisions on what not to include this year and it's poor

@MattP1Tommy Do they show the final championship points at the very end, like they did in season 1? It's the only season they've done it so far, but it was a great way to conclude the episodes and the other seasons have felt strange without this conclusion.

@NNorthantsC @voitechnology what can you do about scooters being left in the middle of pavements? They are regularly left across the entire width of the pavement on Butland Road, Corby & too heavy for me to move so I have to push my double buggy/2 little kids into the road around the scooters

@lillianeboulle @mill82s @PregnantScrewed That's absolute BS. My daughter had CMPA & was milk egg & soya free at nursery for nearly a year as well as being vegetarian. I had to provide a copy of her dietician letter but otherwise they were happy to cater for her dietary requirements. Glad you've found somewhere else now
