Since 2015, Enugu State has not paid GRATUITY to her retirees.

Ugwuanyi did not pay a Kobo for 8 years. Gratuity not Pension.

Peter Mbah came in and simply decided to start paying only those that retired from 2023 when his administration commenced.

In other words, retirees between 2015-2022 are not human beings in his eyes.
