@virginmedia @tarquinmorgan @RevRichardColes I won’t have TV service before Saturday; what annoys me is being offered a technician slot on Friday that turned out to be full, but even worse being asked if I want to upgrade when my service isn’t working! Please train your staff appropriately

@tarquinmorgan @RevRichardColes I’ve had a similar experience with @virginmedia . 30 mins on phone to report TV service not working, agent did tests which proved my point, offered a technician slot which was full, so no fix before Saturday. At end of call agent suggests I might want upgrades - really????!!
