@heen09 @airindiain Agreed. This happens specially when their are bookings scheduled for that day. On other days I was able to get hold of an agent couple of times. Still it’s a pain to get connected.

@mayankbatra @airindiain Hi Mayank, I spoke to two different Air India customer care agents and they both said that the tickets can be booked in these VBM flights as long one has a valid US visa that includes B1/B2 (visitors visa) and a connecting flight to Canada. Please let me know if you got any info
