@PMAYUrban @MoHUA_India This is not the right information. I bought my first home in 2020 and am still waiting for the subsidy/financial help which was promised under this scheme.... Many people like me did get this.. the scheme PMAY (Urban) has not been implemented properly.

Private hospitals linked with CGHS in Delhi are doing their own thing and not following the policies/instructions of GOI. It is repeatedly denied by the hospital staff that a particular doctor will not attend the patient, if one wants to avail CGHS facilities. Pls look into it.

@murarilalmeena6 Most of the pvt hospitals have same tendency. They either deny for specific doctor or suggest some other doctor that too for a specific day😡

Benefits of PMAY scheme have been availed by most of the eligible applicants. But unfortunately I didn't & it's been 3 years. The reason mentioned by CNA i.e. NHB is "Budget Unavailable". The dream project of the Hon'ble PM having this issue ? @PMAYUrban @PMOIndia
