I preached "a pullback is coming" & still over leveraged & have most of this weeks profits up. Luckily had sold out of major positions but my short term swings but me. If only I listened to my own advice 🤣

I DID deployed capital to buy 100 shares of $QQQ at the dip of this consolidation range. Also own some longer calls on $GOOG & shorter calls on $MCD & $SLVR

I'm okay with a gap up or down this weekend, staying like water

Oh well, at least the weekends here, we'll get em next week

I would look at the charts to see resistance levels, where has the stock previously sold off

Yes, I MISS some gains sometimes doing this. But if it starts puttering or there is a LOT of resistance I sell if I'm at a gain. A LOT of these gurus do the same, they may leave runners but it's not realistic to always stack 300% gains

If resistance is heavy I'll even place an order limit so if I get busy I don't come back & it hit target then the floor dropped

$VOYG actually hanging on to almost double the IPO price, but it may tank today

Pre-Market is pulling back still, we can see a continuation of yesterday afternoon today or even for a week or 2 so managing risk is important

Gold, Silver & Bonds may be the thing to watch

& I think today will be profitable in the end, let me explain

Knowing we were due a pullback I SOLD my 200 shares of $QQQ & for the first day in AHWILE didn't run a 0DTE on $QQQ like I usually do

Also made a profitable swing trade this am on $TQQQ

I'm sitting on a 45DTE $165 cash secured put, so while this shows a loss today I expect this to expire worthless & I'll get the full $1500+ for the put

I also AM holding a 6/13 call option on $NLY but I think it swings up tomorrow or Friday but this is really the only potential loss I may see

I say that bc $SPY is about 1% from all time highs & $QQQ isn't far behind. I don't think we're going into a recession but I expect more sideways trading & if it gets toooo bullish I'll be more concerned.

Be bearish when others are bullish & manage risk properly the next couple of weeks, had I not I would have lost a LOT more on today's EOD pullback
