Just when I thought @USPS had its stuff together. They sent an international package past my PO to the next town over, where it’s been sitting for a day and a half w/o rerouting to my PO or even back to the distribution center (which, again, would go right past my PO). @USPSHelp

So, to get a stealth Oura Ring 5 w an extra charger & I assume a charging case as well, I’d be spending $700 plus subscription fee. Or I spend $100 on Evil Google’s device w no subscription. I’m pretty sure whatever I don’t get w the Fitbit Air isn’t worth the price difference.

And after leaving me on hold for 65 more minutes, the manager hung up on me saying there was nothing he could do. No outage declared. No one fixing the cable they themselves broke. The whole block is down, but it’s not an outage.

And more @ATT BS. After 80 minutes, I was supposed to have been handed off (warm) to a supervisor. The CSR did his spiel, and the supervisor put me right on hold. Ten minutes now,waiting on hold. Everyone I’ve talked to today has lied.

Is it just me or does it look like @SoloStove took the money and ran? Virtual agent on website won’t help and says it creates a case and/or sends to a live agent but doesn’t, no record of any orders I’ve placed can be found, and now I’ve been on hold on the phone for 50 minutes.
