My HOMA-IR is 0.78.
You have probably never heard of it. Your doctor probably has not either. Your lab definitely does not calculate it.

HOMA-IR is your fasting insulin multiplied by your fasting glucose, divided by 405. It tells you if your body is becoming insulin resistant years before your blood sugar ever goes bad.

The labs will tell you your glucose of 95 and insulin of 15 are both "normal." But 15 times 95 divided by 405 equals 3.52. That is insulin resistant. Your pancreas is screaming.

My insulin is 3.7. My glucose is 85. That gives me 0.78.

It took a heart attack to learn this number existed.

How in the hell did Moderna’s new mRNA flu vaccine (mFLUSIVA / mRNA-1010) ever get approved?

First, the pivotal Phase 3 trial did not compare this new mRNA vaccine against a placebo. It was tested head-to-head against an existing standard-dose inactivated flu vaccine (Fluarix).

Why would regulators accept that design as sufficient evidence of net benefit for a novel platform?

Absolute risk of "influenza-like illness" was only modestly lower: roughly 1,9% in the mRNA group versus 2.5% in the standard vaccine.

That absolute difference of about 0.7% - and it’s presented as a triumph of superiority ? What a joke

Then there are the adverse events

"Serious Adverse Events” were reported in 2.2% of those who received the mRNA vaccine versus 1.9% with the standard-dose shot.

Solicited reactions were substantially more common with the mRNA product.

In addition, injected with this latest magic potion 50–64 age group, fatigue hit 48.1%, headache 41.9%, and nausea/vomiting around 9.7% Injection-site pain, myalgia, arthralgia and chills were also markedly elevated.

To cap it off, the prescribing information states plainly: “MFLUSIVA has not been evaluated for the potential to cause carcinogenicity, genotoxicity, or impairment of male fertility in animals.”

On that data package—modest absolute reduction in lab-confirmed illness versus an existing vaccine, higher reactogenicity, and no long-term toxicology on cancer or male fertility—you would not inject it into a dog.

Yet these details receive zero critical scrutiny from outlets like the ABC or legacy media, and the usual vaccine fanatics will dutifully queue up like sheep and say "stick it in me"
