@FlixBus_NA going PHX-LAS The bus was supposed to leave at 3:25 meaning you want us at the bus stop at 3:10p. You emailed me after that time saying you’re running almost 2 hours behind. 2 hours delay doesn’t happen instantly-now we’re stuck in the sweltering heat.
@FlixBus_NA@FlixBus_NA If there was a 2 hour delay you surely knew it 1 minute after you recommended us to be at the bus pickup point. It’s irresponsible to let people know the delay is that massive after they’re already out in the desert sun.
When she contacted her local store they told her to contact the delivery partner for a refund. The delivery partner told her to contact @BJsWholesale for a refund. What’s the deal here? $70 plus a recommended $80 tip and she had to get the TV herself?
Hey @BJsWholesale my elderly aunt bought a 75” TV from you and paid for delivery service. Your delivery partner sent a woman in a minivan-when she arrived the TV was on its side (against guidelines) and couldn’t get the TV out of the van. My aunt had to find neighbors to help.
