@Apple Completely unacceptable that you can’t turn the volume of an iPhone 17 down to a comfortable sleep level (can’t go lower than 50 decibels based on headphones control). iPhone 13 is 19 decibels at lowest setting.

Can you explain why the reduction in price from a medium VB to a small VB isn’t shown on a receipt @culvers? I think we were charged correctly, but $0.60 and $0.20 deductions aren’t visible. VB price listed as $4.40.
