Awful service provided by @RampNetwork when trying to buy #EGLD from @ElrondNetwork. I initiated a swap on Friday when #EGLD was £270, but it got stuck 'Waiting payment'. @RampNetwork told me today the transaction was null and need to initiate new swap with #EGLD at £370. Wtf?

Update: I was contacted via PM by a scammer: @RammpNetwork (see the double mm in the handle), Who 'offered' to help me go through with the transaction if I provided them with the security phrase of my #Metamask wallet @RampNetwork @ElrondNetwork #EGLD Be ware, people!

How was I supposed to know about this, if no one notified me about it?! I wasn't given any advice or support on how to complete the swap until I contacted @RampNetwork myself. And when I did, you saw above their 'useful' response #shambles #awfulservice #EGLD @ElrondNetwork

@RammpNetwork @RammpNetwork It happened on Friday when the status of the swap was 'Verifying identity'. A few hours later this changed to 'Waiting payment'. Nothing happened since then in terms of being sent a request to authorize payment, or being given details of where to pay.
