WOW. This wasn’t just “rhetoric.” The “Defund the Police” movement
was one of the most destructive in modern American history. The riots of summer 2020 were the most expensive and deadly in our history. Communities and cities were destroyed for generations. Police forces saw mass retirements and violent crime rates skyrocket - families ripped apart by criminals Democrats defended and encouraged. They set up riot bail funds.

The 2026 Trustees Report confirms the Social Security retirement trust fund hits zero in 2032.

The money was already spent and the Ponzi scheme whereby transfers from younger generations are perpetually needed to fund the retirement of older generations is cracking.

Harvard’s Martin Feldstein showed in 1974 that social security cuts personal savings in half with a crowding out effect of private capital that reduces funding real investment and growth.

His alternative was mandatory saving accounts that Americans actually own and invest, which would expand the economy rather than just shift the burden across generations.

Singapore had a similar program that helped it fund its economy through savings rather than racking up debt.

Also important that it would reduce cross-generational animosity.
Being taxed into oblivion to fund the Boomers’ retirement is naturally reproducing the sam hatred that makers feel toward takers.

As you listen to Saudi officials talk about a two-state solution, remember that from 1948 to 1967 the Palestinians had exactly the land they are now demanding, under Egyptian and Jordanian rule, and they did not build a nation.

Instead, Saudi Arabia mobilized Arab armies and waged a war of extermination against Israel, and that's how they end up losing the land.

In 2005 Israel gave the Palestinians full control of Gaza. Not as part of a peace deal, but unilaterally, withdrawing every soldier and citizen.

That was their chance to build a model state, to show the world they could govern peacefully and responsibly.

Had they turned Gaza into a peaceful, prospeous city, they could have leveraged it to demand the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Instead, they turned it into a hub for terrorism.

In 2000, Israel withdrew from southern Lebanon. Hezbollah tookover.

In 2005, Israel withdrew from Gaza. Hamas took over.

Now, Saudi demands Israel hand over the West Bank. What exactly do they think will rise there?

October 7 happened because Israel did what Saudi Arabia wants Israel to do again.
