We’re in a race to make Melbourne the most vaccinated city in Australia and we’re calling on every Victorian who is eligible, to be a hero, seek medical advice, and roll up their sleeve for the sake of our great city.

Lots has happened since last year’s annual Pride March down Fitzroy St in St Kilda. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, today’s march was as powerful as ever – sending a message that all Victorians deserve to feel proud & to be celebrated & supported. Happy Midsumma Pride! 🌈
Today marks day 1 of the Victorian rollout of the Australian Government’s COVID-19 Vaccination Program. I visited Austin Hospital this morning to see Grace who manages the COVID-19 screening clinic at the Austin become one of the first high-risk workers to receive the vaccination

Two things are clear:
1. Now that a politician has made the Hottest 100, it is no longer hot. Sorry about that.

Congrats @mashdnkutcher - I look forward to our next ‘collaboration’.
Update: three positive cases in Mitcham, Hallam and Mentone. Each case are self-isolating at home and are being supported and monitored. Extensive contact tracing is underway.
I'm pleased to announce that after extensive discussion between the Department of Health and the Department of Elf, Santa will be permitted entry to Victoria this Christmas.
Today we have:
1,336 total active cases, down from over 7,880 in mid-August.
74 active cases in regional areas, down from 518.
Everything you're doing is working, Victoria.
We just have to stay the course.
Congratulations to the wonderful staff and researchers @latrobe - a fantastic recognition of the quality and impact of your work.

The Alfred has been there for births, deaths (including my mum), broken bones (my 2 broken legs from my football days), looking after our kids and keeping us safe. Now it's time to return the favour - supporting our healthcare heroes means seeing this Stage 4 lockdown through.
It was my great honour to (virtually) welcome the Victorian LGBTIQ Leadership Program 2020 group today. It’s these people who will change the face of LGBTIQ activism and help us shape our state’s future equality agenda #equalitystate
