I rang the CS team and provided the reference number however was advised the case has not been picked up as yet and to wait up to 10 days. However my current circumstances rely upon those funds. You’ll understand once understanding the situation yourself … Please help?
@NAB Hi there. I made a cash deposit at one of your Smart ATM machines. There was an issue completing the deposit while counting the notes resulting in displaying a Out of Service message on screen and the money inserted was not deposited successfully and also not returned back.
I contacted a staff member via chat and was advised a missing deposit report was lodged and was provided a reference number instructing to call the CS team first thing today.
