@EGYPTAIR as you advised, I emailed your team on the 15th August. 9 days ago and still have not received a response. This is not acceptable and just confirms that you do not take your customer care seriously. I am absolutely disgusted.

@EGYPTAIR I flew with you earlier this year, my bag got lost and were delivered to me on the last day of my trip. I was assured that if I went and purchased clothes for my trip, I would be reimbursed. I've filled in forms, sent receipts and heard nothing back. Absolutely shocking
