@AvantiWestCoast Just been to Coach K, no staff there. Really frustrating when a team clearly aren't bothered about providing the service they are paid for.
@AvantiWestCoast is there a first class service on the 18:30 Euston to Penrith please? No staff around when I boarded the train and 20 minutes later still no staff to be seen.
@AvantiWestCoast Service has been really poor tonight. One drink, no menu until I asked for it, asked if I could have a dessert and another drink over 20 minutes ago. Staff disappeared. This morning, the team were great.
@TPEassist currently on the delayed 11:49 from Penrith to MCO with final destination of Hull. My connection at MCO is 13:37 to Leeds. Will this be held so passengers can catch it please? If not, what are my options to get to Hull? Thanks
@AvantiWestCoast It's not been great, Miles, I understand the circumstances but the decision to allow our train to leave Preston was the wrong one resulting in it taking me over 5 and a half hours to get to work.
@AvantiWestCoast I'm on the 05:59 from PNR to WGN that has been diverted to Crewe via Manchester. We have been told to leave the train at Crewe. What happens then please?
@AvantiWestCoast non-existent customer service from the team at Crewe today, send them to Penrith so they can watch how the team there deliver service to your passengers.
@AvantiWestCoast So I can't go Crewe to Wigan? I have to travel back to Manchester or Liverpool? We are due to arrive in Crewe at 08:47, please confirm details of onward travel to Wigan please. I would look myself but the WiFi is so bad, it's impossible. Thanks
@AvantiWestCoast are there rail replacent coaches available from Penrith to Preston next week please? If not, how are you getting commuters to work please?
