I had to repost. Carbs bring a lot of confusion when someone takes on dieting because they are usually correlated with REFINED carbohydrates. Remember food is fuel and carbs are so important when focusing on healthy eating.
clean avocado toast. Second day in a row. LOVE this one. I use the pc ready veg kale which I grill and put on top. Pretty much anything that requires veggies I use that as the blend is palatable!

In a bowl or blender, combine cottage cheese, oil, egg & egg whites. Add wheat germ and flour. Heat a non-stick pan and drop 2 tbsp of the mixture, cook on medium heat until golden brown.
