Because they ‘use too much water and power’. As if we don’t have magic rocks which generate electricity and our planet isn’t 3/4 water. Also ‘Buh, AI bad’.
The Pope is the head of a state so him being political is just part of the position.
As the person alive deemed ‘closest to Christ’ he should be advocating against war.
I just wish he would remember that sometimes you need war to deal with the evil inherent to the human condition.
If I were Trump, I’d totally lean into the Pope saying ‘war is bad’. Just use it against Iran ‘see the pope hates war, you should Iran should immediately surrender’. Just sayin….
Gotta love all the pro-abortion, Marxist Catholics who only show up to mass on Christmas, Easter, and whenever their parents guilt them into it suddenly taking a hard stance on theology.
Soft on crime judges and dems are generally why people like me don’t give a fiddlers fuck when people on the left cry ‘Buh fascism, Buh Trump’. Maybe start actually dealing with thugs and criminals and we’ll talk.
Were people locked inside those homes when they were burnt down? And okay, let’s say that Israel did all of those atrocities and more. Let’s say they just said ‘fuck it’ to the Abraham accords and just did all that shit. Even then, they’re on the same exact moral footing as Hamas and hezbollah and they’re willing to play ball with us. Why shouldn’t we back them?
@DudeAdvocate Sure, then it’s a war and whoever wins, wins. But if you roll in lighting up civilians, burning people alive in their houses, and shooting up misic festivals then don’t come crying to me about war crimes when the other guy kicks your ass
@DudeAdvocate Who are they striking in Israel? Are they attacking their military and logistical infrastructure? Or are they just throwing shit at the wall hoping something sticks?
@DudeAdvocate What I’m saying is that at the end of the day, statistical analysis doesn’t really apply when you’re on the ground with someone in a hostile act. On the ground, you can really only go by what the actual situation is.
@____Kole@DudeAdvocate I mean we changed regimes. Wasn’t to our preferred regime but we changed them. And we’re trying a new strategy here. Let’s see how it plays out.
