@Raymond1286161 @Herqles_eng I never said anything about what the shooter looked like or their beliefs. So you could be right. I wasn't a fan or Kirk per say, he had some views I thought were a little out of touch. With that being said he was never violent to anyone afaik. He didnt deserve this. No one does.

It definitely doesnt give you the right to threaten people. Given the amount of crime that happens on those trains...again, a reasonable person...

Im pointing out that being unarmed means nothing especially given the context of the situation. Neely was threatening passengers, saying he didnt care to go back to jail or die.
