See, one thing we Naija people sabi do well na pray. We go pray for everything! 🙏🏾 But sometimes, the kind prayer we dey pray, e just make me wonder. Like, you want God to bless your hustle with BIG money, to make you rich. But you never even write down simple plans for your business. No budget, no strategy, just 'God, BLOW me!' 😅

E be like say some people think God go just come drop alert for their bank account because dem pray for 7 days straight, even when dem never open new market. Or dem want better job but dem no update their CV or learn new skills. You want God to arrange your future, but you no sabi arrange your room? Small small steps matter, my people.

God give us brain and hands to WORK. The prayer na to connect with Him, to get strength and wisdom for the journey. E no be magic that replaces your own effort. The real miracle often starts with us using the common sense and talent God already put inside us. Abi no be so? 🤔

It's easy to build a big project and point to it, "See, impact!" But the real question is simple: Does that big project make ordinary people's lives ACTUALLY better? Does the mama selling tomatoes feel it? Does the young graduate find a job because of it? Or is the 'impact' only for the contractor and the photo-op?

True impact is not just what you build; it's how many lives are TRULY better because of it. We need leaders whose impact makes sense to a 5-year-old, not just economists. Na so e be.
