@jessphillips Why just first time buyers Jess? It should be means tested, it isn't. I know folks who have had to sell their home because the mortgage was too much, to downsize, after only a few years of paying it. They had to rent for a while, and now are looking to buy again.

Look at any business right now. When the CEO leaves, what is the impact to the ability to make money for the company? Usually zero. It might impact on share confidence.

If you consider that one of those was in that 11 game run, Smith was only one victory behind matching Farke in a season.

@leeroypatel @JackReeveTNC I disagree. It's not just about failure, it's how badly we failed. Farke has one of the worst premier league records for us. I think, if memory serves me right, he had something like two wins and three draws in his last 25 premier league games.

No manager survives that.
