@DeirdreGiblin1 Funny - I don’t recall ever reading a job spec that suggests a hard & soft skills breakdown. Yet, when teaching prof. practice to my students we discuss it at length as an essential part of their SWOT analysis. Then you also refer to soft skills as competencies. Is it better?
