Judge Stuart Wilson the co founder of SERI who now presides over matters of Refugees and Asylum Seekers, same matters that his organisation that he co-founded represents!! Handed down a judgement claiming that March and March and Operation Dudula are Xenophobic Organisations that do not represent the Poor!! Again I ask if this is fair judicial process? When a Judge who is an immigrant himself gets to label organisations he doesn’t align with as Xenophobic??? How then do we trust the justice system, when a judge without an aota of evidence levels civic movements as xenophobic, yet the movements are expected to bring matters before him with a hope that he will discharge his responsibilities judiciously?? The Judge makes a remark without any evidence that the movements do not represent the aspirations of the poor? And how many times have they been getting away with it? Is this not an attempt to use the justice system in a quest to divide society again and operating in the same way the apartheid government did?? Are we being captured? @CrimeWatch_RSA
Update: We have successfully dealt with the four boys involved in the Spring Day incident, where Mr. Chauke was attacked, assaulted, and had water poured over him. His personal devices and motorbike were also damaged.
In preparation for our March to Moore Road on Thursday 10 September!! SA First Forum has written to the Municipality and we are demanding answers on why people have been allowed to live on the streets for 3months! The community is complaining, the businesses are suffering but the laws are the to be enforced??
I once posted about a Zimbabwean guy who works at OR Tambo airport, on the fuel side, who happens to be a former soldier in Zim. I got attacked and reported on that post and got suspended for a week. I believe he hired bots to attack me. Anyways, please let him know - I'm not done with him yet. He's got a fake ID.
