We are in the third week of summer workouts and we were a little low on the number this morning (about 50). The first few weeks we were closer to 70. If you are not on vacation or working, we need you up here getting bigger, faster, and stronger. Take ownership of YOUR team!!

Reminder that we start workouts tomorrow morning at 8 am. After workouts, HS will have basketball on Monday and JH will have football. Tuesday - we will switch, HS football and JH basketball.
