Frustrating with this customer service experience. With the inability to use another energy provider we have no choice but to settle for what this is instead of @midamericn doing the right thing and trying to make it right.

@MidAm_EnergyCo just got our monthly bill and was charged April and may with late fees! Turns out we were automatically subscribed to paperless without consenting to it. We have never been late on this bill until this occurance!

We called customer service and although not the reps fault at all was not sympathetic to our concerns would not entertain comping us late fees even with a proven track record of previous on time payments, and understanding our situation.
