Bill Maher to JD Vance: "I’m just glad you're talking to me, you know? I say it every time, the Republicans come here and they take their beating like a man. It’s the people I vote for, they’re the ones who won't talk to me! That’s odd, isn’t it?"
I'm a lifelong Republican but I never believed the Democrats hated our country. I was wrong! They hate capitalism, balance of power, boarders, law and order, common sense and the Judeo Christian principles this country was founded on
Voters are frustrated, not crazy @A1Policy
Give Mandami credit. He is doing exactly what he said he would do when elected. He is turning New York into a socialist/communist anti American city by getting “politicians” like Darializa Avila Chevalier elected. Here is just a sampling of things Chevalier has said, tweeted or done. (This is not an onion article. These are all facts)
Founded a group at Columbia with the express goal of overthrowing western society
Called all white women ugly colonizers while criticizing interracial relationships
Wishes she could wipe her ass with a the American flag
Waved a Hamas flag the day after October 7th attacks
Wants no borders
Wants to abolish the police
Wants to abolish prisons
Against all deportations. Clarified that even if a non citizen murders or rapes somebody deportation is immoral
Said all of the United States is on stolen Native American land
Things she has not done in her career. Had a job.
On the brightside though at least she never said America deserved 9/11. (At least that we are aware of yet) Unfortunately the other candidate Mamdani endorsed Aber Kawas did say that. And got elected. In NYC. What a world
They're not freezing your rent, they're freezing your housing providers' income, while their expenses keep increasing.
The point isn't to make your housing affordable, it's to make providing housing financially inviable, so government(s) can seize the unmanageable properties.
Our lack of financial literacy is going to destroy us.

The US men’s soccer team sings along to the national anthem with their hands over their hearts. The vibe shift is real, American athletes are over the anti-American woke BS era. Awesome to see. Let’s kick ass again today.
Islam is not compatible with our American way of life. Sharia Law is against our Bill of Rights and against the Declaration of Human Rights.
Wake up now before America repeats the sickness that has infected the United Kingdom…
The Washington D.C. IndyCar race around the National Mall has a heck of a support series race for Saturday of that weekend: An IROC race with Jeff Gordon, Kurt Busch, Bobby Labonte, Rusty Wallace, Bill Elliott, Tony Kanaan, Helio Castroneves and Dario Franchitti.
It's not your decision to make, Bernie, whether a price is "unacceptable." That belongs to the people making the purchase, not a government bureaucrat who imagines he knows what a thing ought to cost. If the price is too high, men don't buy it, and Apple lowers it. That is the only authority required: the free judgment of the buyer.
You want to talk greed? Greed is wanting what you did not earn and seizing it by force. Cook offered you a phone you are free to refuse. You offer the public nothing and demand the power to dictate terms to a company you never built, with money you never made.
Apple's "profits" are millions of voluntary choices to trade. Your career is the opposite: taking by law what men would not give you by choice. One of you produced the value. The other just wants the power to command it.
The greed isn't in Cupertino. It's in the Senate seat that confuses a vote with ownership of other people's work.
Many act as if slavery was a uniquely American crime.
“One reason,” says author Wilfred Reilly (@wil_da_beast630), “is that a lot of black people survived here.”
He argues that much of what Americans are taught about slavery is just wrong:
Seattle city council wanted to help "exploited" gig workers.
So they forced delivery apps to pay drivers MORE.
"I wouldn’t assume that prices are going to go up," said one politician.
But prices DID go up.
@judgeglock of @ManhattanInst explains how regulation backfired:
Let's take a live look at LA's prestigious Fashion District, rivaling Milan, Paris, and NYC's thanks to the chair of the Homeless and Housing Commission, Nithya Raman!
Y'all wanted an LA City Hall reality show? Here you go: https://t.co/vQyx7XKzCY
Great work, Nithya!
LA is yet again a national embarrassment with another fire as our underfunded LAFD tries their best to make up for Mayor Karen's budget cuts and incompetence. She will lie about what is happening, because that's her thing. Remember...if it's fire season, it's liar season!
An incredible honor for the No. 8 team.
On behalf of the Busch Family, Captain Kyle Thomas, Commanding Officer of the Navy Reserve Center North Island in Coronado, California, presented a United States flag that was flown aboard the USS Makin Island.
We are proud to receive this meaningful symbol of service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country.
From Ben Kennedy:
-- 125,000 total weekend attendance

-- 3x number of Hispanic attendees compared to other NASCAR events
Happy Father’s Day to all the great dads out there. The most masculine thing you can do is have a family and provide and protect them. And if you haven’t yet, get married and have kids.
Austin Hill shared he was struggling with rear grip for about 5-6 laps to go. Then, he asked for Kyle Busch's help, and something told him to start adding front brake.
"I was going down off of Turn 5 into 6, I'm like, 'Man, Kyle, if you're watching this race, I could use some help here.' And for whatever reason, something told me to just start adding front brake to it.
"And that exact lap that I asked about it, I just started cranking front brake. ... Normally road courses, it's kind of unorthodox to put a ton of front brake into it, but I had to have put six plus rounds of front brake into it.
"Started actually glowing the front brake rotors a little bit, and that kind of heated up the front tires enough to tighten the car up. And those last four laps, the car just came to life."
Hill dedicated his win to the Busch family.
"For Samantha, Brexton, Lennix, Kurt, their parents, just everyone in the Busch family, this win is all for them. This is why we've been putting in the effort that we have. We always put a lot of effort in, but the effort has went up tremendously these last several weeks.
"It goes to show that hard work kind of pays out if you just keep digging deep. And that's what we did today."
